/p pbLet's Talk about the Role /b /p pThe bSpare Parts Sales and Operation Planning (SOP) Leader /b will oversee the end-to-end planning and forecasting processes for aeroderivative hardware spares to ensure optimal supply chain performance across internal shops and external customers.
/p pYou will act as the strategic link between demand and supply, orchestrating activities across the bAero Alliance /b joint venture.
Your focus will be on driving forecast accuracy, optimizing inventory levels, and fostering seamless collaboration with our primary parts vendors.
By leveraging data and digital tools, you will identify risks before they impact our operations, ensuring that the right parts are available at the right time to support our global fleet.
/p pbHow You Will Make a Difference /b /p ul libDriving /bconsistent demand/supply balance by converting forecasts into actionable order plans aligned with business inventory targets.
/li libBuilding /brobust planning models and safety stock policies to mitigate supply risks and improve service levels.
/li libCreating /bstrong partnerships with cross-functional teams and external vendors to monitor forecast variations and implement corrective actions.
/li libLeading /bthe Supply Management Review for materials,
providing critical insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
/li libFostering /bcontinuous improvement by collaborating with Digital Technology to refine SOP tools and forecasting methodologies.
/li libCollaborating /bwith repair shop leaders and program managers to proactively adjust strategies for unplanned shop visits and new product introductions.
/li libImproving /bprocess efficiency through the implementation of standard work and the tracking of key performance metrics.
/li /ul pbSkills for Success /b /p pYou should be a collaborative leader and analytical thinker who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments, with: /p ul liThe ability to develop and maintain complex planning models that translate data into business strategy.
/li liThe capability to communicate clearly and concisely and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
/li liAn understanding of supply chain dynamics, including Integrated Business Planning and inventory management.
/li liAn expertise in identifying process gaps and implementing sustainable, data-driven solutions.
/li liA keen interest in leveraging digital technology and Lean methodology to optimize operational workflows.
/li /ul pA formal education and subsequent University Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements within supply chain, operations, or planning functions.
