/p pWe are looking for an experienced and proactive bPermitting Specialist /b to lead permitting and authorisation processes for our solar PV projects.
You will manage regulatory approvals, coordinate with public authorities, and support the development of Italy's clean energy future.
/p h3ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liManage feasibility studies, regulatory screening, and permitting strategies from early development to construction and operation.
/li liPrepare and submit permitting applications (A.U., V.I.A., P.A.S., P.A.U.R., landscape authorisations).
/li liCoordinate with public authorities, consultants, and key stakeholders, including participation in Conferenze di Servizi.
/li liLead and mentor a junior permitting team, ensuring quality and compliance.
/li liSupport investment decisions, project financing, and MA transactions by providing permitting and regulatory input.
/li liWork closely with engineering, legal, finance, and development teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
/li liMonitor regulatory changes, market trends, and policy developments.
/li liManage project budgets, timelines, and documentation.




/li /ul h3SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE /h3 ul liDegree in Environmental Engineering, Urban Architecture or related fields.
/li liStrong experience in renewable energy permitting, preferably solar PV.
/li liAbility to oversee projects from feasibility analysis to final permitting, construction, and operation.
/li liIn-depth knowledge of Italian permitting frameworks (A.U, V.I.A, P.A.S, P.A.U.R).
/li liProven ability to manage complex permitting processes and interact with Italian public authorities.
/li liExcellent communication skills both in Italian and English.
/li liAbility to provide clear project updates, manage documentation, and liaise with key stakeholders in both Italian and English.
