She/he will take ownership of the Sportswear Denim collection's development process from initial concept to final product, working across teams to ensure creative designs are translated into innovative products and achieving Fendi quality standards /ph3Job responsabilities /h3ulliAct as a lead contact point and take responsibility for the development of the Sportswear Denim collection; /liliParticipate in technical meetings with Style, modelling, production and development teams to move projects smoothly to next steps; /liliWork on the development of the Sportswear Denim Collection, coordinating the activities and resources involved in the sample process and monitoring samples production process; /liliManage the planning coordination and execution of projects from insights to briefs, through to design, development, costing and commercialization; /liliReview all prototypes and market samples to ensure accuracy in execution; /liliParticipate during production and development fittings, communicating updated tech packs/specs to factories and following up to make sure adjustments are made timely; /liliLead relationships with suppliers and manufacturers on development projects and together with the production team provide feedback on all products; /liliAdhere to company's product development calendar, tracking collection's progress and solving issues in order to meet collection objectives and deadlines; /liliLiaise with suppliers for the progress and return of developments within the scheduled dates and to find the best solution to work, always with a view to sustainability; /liliReview all components with an eye for quality,

/li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliAt least 8-10 years' experience in a similar role within Sportswear product development, preferably in fashion luxury companies; /liliUniversity degree with emphasis on clothing; /liliStrong knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes, fabrics, woven as well as garment specifications, fitting and pattern making; /liliPassion for the product and attention to detail; /liliCapable of multi-tasking and coordinating different projects; /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; /liliGood level of English; /liliAvailability to travel in Italy /li /ulpLVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect of each person's singularities.
