/p h3About The Role /h3 pEmerald Clinical Trials is expanding its European talent network and is seeking experienced bClinical Research Associates (CRA II and Senior CRA level) /b for future opportunities.
/p pThis is a pipelining position.
Applications will be reviewed as new projects and resource requirements emerge.
There may be a delay in progressing candidates through the hiring process depending on study awards and business needs.




/p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits.
/li liEnsure protocol compliance and patient safety.
/li liReview source documentation and validate study data.
/li liSupport investigator sites throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
/li liManage site relationships and provide training as required.
/li liEnsure timely issue identification and escalation.
/li liMaintain high-quality documentation within study systems and TMF.
/li liSupport recruitment and retention initiatives.
/li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liDegree qualification in Life Sciences or a healthcare?related discipline.
/li liMinimum 2 years of independent monitoring experience.
/li liExperience within CRO, academic research, or pharmaceutical environments.
/li liStrong knowledge of ICH?GCP and European regulatory requirements.
/li liExcellent communication and relationship?building skills.
/li liAbility to travel regionally.
/li liExperience in renal, nephrology, cardiometabolic, or oncology studies preferred.
