/p pThe Property Compliance Technical Admin will provide operational and administrative support to the bEngineering /b and bSafety Security /b departments, working closely with the Director of Engineering Security.
The role ensures compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and Marriott procedures, contributing to process efficiency and the overall safety and security of the property.

/p h3What you'll do /h3 h3Safety Security /h3 ul liManage the Master Key System, ensuring proper control, issuance, tracking, and accountability of keys in accordance with company procedures.
/li liSupport the review and update of emergency procedures in collaboration with the Director of Engineering, Health Safety Manager (RSPP), and Human Resources, including the planning, coordination, and monitoring of employee training and refresher activities.
/li liManage and monitor Marriott security systems (MIRA and VAULT), ensuring compliance with brand standards and the proper execution of periodic audits (e.g., Threat Condition Program, Crisis Management Plan, and Safety Security Self-Assessment).
/li liOversee the hotel's security systems, including CCTV and fire detection systems, ensuring their proper operation and maintenance.
/li li pMonitor and supervise activities performed by the external security team, including:



/p ul liKey Management /li liLost Found /li liSafe Deposit Boxes and Lockers /li liFirst Aid Kits /li liEmergency Exit Routes /li /ul pEnsuring compliance with internal procedures and safety standards.
/p /li /ul h3Engineering /h3 ul liProcurement Purchasing: Manage purchase requests for the Engineering department, issue and follow up on purchase orders in line with company procedures, and coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, and external suppliers.
/li liManage and audit records of mandatory inspections and regulatory deadlines, including: ul liFire Safety Register /li liLegionella Prevention Manual /li liSwimming Pool Self-Monitoring Manual /li liScheduled maintenance of plant room and boiler systems /li liRENTRI documentation and compliance requirements /li /ul /li liProvide support to the team in the operational management of Marriott Engineering systems (TRANSCENDENT and MESH).
/li liCoordinate and support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental Management initiatives, including programs such as Green Key, Serve 360, and related sustainability projects.
/li /ul h3What you'll need: /h3 ul liPrevious experience in an administrative, facilities, engineering, or safety security support role.
/li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.
/li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
/li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
/li liStrong communication and teamwork skills.
/li liFluency in Italian and English.
/li liExperience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of Marriott systems is a plus.
