/p pDue to the rapid growth of our Data Center development activities, we are now looking for a Junior Urban Planning Specialist to join our Development team in Italy.
/p h3Your main responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liSupport the analysis and assessment of potential sites, including urban planning compatibility and land-use considerations.
/li liAnalyse regional, provincial and municipal planning instruments and identify relevant planning constraints and restrictions.
/li liSupport the assessment of protected areas and other regulatory constraints using GIS tools and regional geoportals.
/li liSupport the preparation and management of urban planning procedures, including planning instruments, amendments and building permits.
/li liPrepare and review urban planning documentation required for permitting applications.
/li liSupport VAS/VIA procedures and contribute to the planning and regulatory sections of environmental studies.
/li liCoordinate and review deliverables prepared by external urban planning, environmental and engineering consultants.




/li liLiaise with municipal technical offices and other public authorities.
/li liMonitor permitting procedures, deadlines and project progress.
/li liSupport the preparation of technical reports, notes and presentations.
/li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liMaster's Degree in Architecture, Civil/Building Engineering, Urban Planning or a related field.
/li li0–2 years of experience, including internships, in urban planning, construction, real estate development, infrastructure permitting or a related field.
/li liBasic knowledge of Italian urban planning and building regulations, particularly D.P.R. ********.
/li liKnowledge of QGIS and AutoCAD.
/li liGood knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
/li liFluent Italian and professional English (minimum B2 level).
/li liAvailability to travel within Italy and a valid driving licence (B).
/li /ul h3Nice to have: /h3 ul liProfessional qualification and/or registration with the relevant professional association.
/li liKnowledge of regional Italian urban planning legislation and planning instruments such as PUG, PSC, POC and RUE.
/li liExperience, including academic experience, with VAS/VIA procedures or permitting processes for energy infrastructure or Data Centers.
/li liFamiliarity with cadastral documentation, geoportals and territorial databases.
/li liKnowledge of Spanish.
/li liInterest in digital tools and Artificial Intelligence applied to technical workflows.
