/p h3Job Summary: /h3 pWe are looking for a highly skilled bSenior Atlassian Administrator /b to manage and enhance our Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other related tools.
As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our Atlassian suite to support the company's project management, software development, and collaboration needs.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the tools align with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.

/li liConfigure and customize Jira projects, workflows, permissions, screens, and automation rules to meet business requirements.
/li liManage user permissions and roles across all Atlassian tools.
/li liEnsure the stability, performance, and scalability of the Atlassian platform.
/li /ul h3-Optimization and Customization: /h3 ul liImplement and manage plugins and integrations to extend functionality.
/li liAutomate processes using Jira automation and scripting tools such as R4J, Checklist, and ScriptRunner.
/li liOptimize dashboards, reports, and workflows for development, IT, and business teams.
/li liConduct routine audits of system usage, permissions, and data integrity to ensure best practices.
/li /ul h3-Collaboration and Support: /h3 ul liProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior admins and other team members.
/li liTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with Atlassian products in collaboration with technical support teams.
/li liWork with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the Atlassian suite.
/li liServe as the point of contact for Atlassian tool queries and support escalations.
/li /ul h3-Upgrades and Maintenance: /h3 ul liPlan and execute Atlassian system upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities.
/li liEnsure system availability and implement backups, disaster recovery plans, and failover strategies.
/li liDevelop and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and workflows.




/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pMS/BS in Software Engineering with over 5 years of experience /p h3-Experience: /h3 ul li5+ years of hands?on experience as an Atlassian Administrator, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira Service Management.
/li liStrong experience with configuring Jira workflows, custom fields, and permissions.
/li liFamiliarity with Atlassian Cloud and Data Center deployments.
/li liExperience with automation tools, plugins (ScriptRunner, JMWE, etc.), and API integrations.
/li /ul h3-Technical Skills: /h3 ul liExpertise in Jira administration, including workflows, permissions, notifications, and dashboards.
/li liStrong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Python) and automation frameworks.
/li liFamiliarity with database management and query languages (e.g., SQL).
/li liSolid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
/li /ul h3-Soft Skills: /h3 ul liExcellent problem?solving and analytical skills.
/li liStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
/li liProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast?paced environment.
