/p pYou work in an Agile squad with cross-functional experts to drive commercial growth, optimize the customer journey, and ensure a competitive and compliant savings offering.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul lipOwn and evolve the savings product roadmap, aligned with business and funding objectives /p /li lipDesign and execute commercial initiatives (acquisition, upsell, retention) /p /li lipDefine and steer pricing actions to ensure market competitiveness and profitability /p /li lipMonitor product performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations /p /li lipImprove the end-to-end customer journey across digital channels /p /li lipTranslate business needs into IT requirements and support delivery via Agile ways of working /p /li lipManage stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Operations /p /li lipSupport backlog prioritization, change requests and production issue resolution /p /li lipContribute to financial planning, forecasting and performance tracking /p /li lipEnsure full compliance with regulatory and governance requirements /p /li lipCollaborate on global initiatives and share best practices /p /li /ul h3Required skills /h3 ul lipMaster's degree (Economics, Engineering or similar) /p /li lip3+ years' experience in product management, business analysis or project management in financial services /p /li lipStrong understanding of retail banking (savings/deposits is a plus) /p /li lipExperience with campaigns, pricing,
