As an Environmental Health Safety Specialist - Fixed Facilities (M/F/D), your main responsibilities will be: /p ul liSupport the implementation and maintenance of HSE Risk Management processes, including Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Hazard Identification (HAZID) activities and other risk evaluation methodologies. /li liConduct routine workplace inspections, field observations and safety audits to verify compliance with legal and company requirements. /li liPromote the Company's HSE culture, including Safe to Start and Stop Work authority programs, through active engagement with employees, contractors and visitors. /li liSupport contractor HSE management activities, including onboarding, performance monitoring, inspections and compliance verification. /li liAssist in the implementation,



maintenance and continuous improvement of the Plant HSE Management System in accordance with corporate standards and applicable regulations. /li liDeliver and coordinate HSE training, awareness campaigns and communication initiatives. /li liParticipate in incident, accident and near-miss investigations, identify root causes and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. /li liCollect, analyze and report HSE performance data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. /li liSupport internal and external HSE audits and follow up on audit findings and action plans. /li liAssist with regulatory compliance activities, including environmental permitting, waste management, emissions monitoring and reporting requirements. /li liSupport emergency preparedness activities, drills and emergency response programs. /li liMaintain HSE documentation, records and reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and legal requirements /li liProvide HSE advice and support to site personnel, supervisors and managers on day-to-day operational activities /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will: /p ul liHave a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Safety or a related discipline. /li liHave relevant knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems; Internal Auditor qualification is considered an advantage. /li liBe fluent in Italian and English. /li liHave relevant experience in HSE roles within industrial, manufacturing, energy, oil gas or other complex operational environments. /li liPossess a good knowledge of Italian Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
