Delivered through our data center campus model, we provide our customers with secure, scalable, and high-performance data hosting solutions. /ph3DATA4 VALUES /h3ulliTo be entrepreneurial – we are teams of doers who make things happen - with autonomy, energy and a sense of responsibility. /liliTo always take responsibility – for our impact on the people we work with, the society we are part of, and the environment in which we operate. /liliTo constantly be adaptable – our business is designed to adapt, answering not only today’s challenges, but also anticipating what’s coming next /li /ulh3About The Role /h3pThe Senior Buyer – Capex Construction is responsible for the strategic sourcing, procurement, and contract management of all purchasing aspects related to data center construction—including civil works, building, critical equipment, and intellectual services. /ppReporting to the Group Procurement Manager, you will drive timely, cost-effective procurement that aligns with both project objectives and the group’s strategic and environmental goals. /ppThe Role will typically include: /pulliNegotiate and manage supplier contracts and framework agreements with strategic suppliers to secure top-quality materials and services, mitigate risks, ensure compliance with corporate governance, and enhance the resilience of our value chain. /liliWork closely with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams across multiple countries to optimize project outcomes through proactive engagement. /liliDriving sustainability across the supply chain by integrating CSR and ethical practices into all procurement process and decisions.



/li /ulh3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliStrategic Sourcing Supplier ManagementulliDefine and implement procurement strategies for the assigned categories, including civil and construction works, equipment, and intellectual services, fully aligned with the group’s procurement strategy and objectives. /liliIdentify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to diversify and enrich the network. /liliConduct continuous market intelligence to anticipate trends and mitigate risks. /liliIdentify and leverage opportunities to create procurement synergies across our diverse construction projects in European markets. /liliEstablish and nurture strong relationships with strategic suppliers through clear communication and collaboration, while continuously monitoring their performance through regular evaluations to ensure contract compliance and quality standards and taking timely corrective actions when needed. /li /ul /liliTendering and Contract NegotiationulliLead RFx processes and tenders for the assigned categories in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. /liliNegotiate, jointly with legal team and internal business stakeholders, advantageous contracts, including strategic framework agreements, while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and corporate policies and governance. /liliManage contracts and monitor supplier performance, ensuring alignment between contractual services and actual deliverables while driving continuous improvement.



/li /ul /liliBudget Management and Cost ControlulliMonitor and manage procurement budgets to ensure cost-effective purchasing practices. /liliIdentify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. /liliProvide regular financial reports on procurement activities and budget adherence. /li /ul /liliCompliance, Risk Management ReportingulliEnsure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. /liliIdentify potential risks in the supply chain and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. /liliDistribute comprehensive reports to support informed decision-making and maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions and supplier communications. /li /ul /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s or master’s degree in Procurement, Engineering, Project Management. /liliRelevant experience in a similar Procurement role with a deep understanding of the industry, knowledge of the construction industry is essential. /liliDemonstrable delivery of cost and capital expenditure savings to meet targets. /liliFamiliarity with the OFCI (Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed) approach is a plus. /liliProven experience in managing international tenders and negotiating complex contracts. /liliDeep understanding of construction markets, technical equipment, and intellectual services procurement. /liliProficient in cost analysis (TCO, should-cost analysis) and risk management. /liliStrong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, or equivalent contractual frameworks. /liliHigh ethical standards and integrity, ensuring compliance and responsible decision-making. /liliResilient under pressure with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines. /liliFluent in both English and French /li /ulh3Working Conditions /h3ulliThis position may require occasional travel to supplier locations and construction sites across Europe. /liliHybrid role: 4 days in the office / 1 day at home /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
