Specialista Senior / Project Manager

Support client engagements from discovery through implementation to leverage AI, ML, analytics, and emerging tech to meet business goals
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and translate business challenges into technical AI solutions
Develop AI strategies, roadmaps, and solution recommendations aligned with client priorities
Apply product management/ownership to define roadmaps, backlogs, and feature delivery during software development
Collaborate with engineering, data,



and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery while balancing priorities
Participate in Agile ceremonies to drive delivery and continuous improvement
Maintain understanding of AI tech, product management frameworks, and market trends
Identify risks, communicate recommendations, and support timely delivery
Contribute to business development through proposals, presentations, and solution discussions
Coach and mentor staff while fostering an innovative team culture
Collaborate across EisnerAmper service lines for integrated client solutions
Flexibility for extended hours or travel as needed
6-8 years of experience in consulting, product management, technology, or digital transformation with client-facing experience
3+ years of experience with data platforms, ML, AI, or advanced analytics
