/ph3Role Description /h3pWe are looking for Architectural Project Managers with experience in retail design, and with a keen eye for details to join our team in Rome.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ullidefinition of design objectives, timings and budgets of multiple projects simultaneously; /lilicoordination and control of design phases and all involved parties; /lilimanagement of third-party vendors and consultants (arrange meetings, quotations, invoicing); /lilimanagement of tenders, review of contracts and negotiation with contractors; /lilicoordination between contractors,



review and approval of construction drawings; /lilidrafting of reports following project / construction site meetings; /lilidrafting of reports to monitor progress of projects / construction sites; /lilitiming and cost control from design phase to construction; /lilioff-site and on-site production and construction management.
/li /ulh3Technical requirements /h3ulliability to sketch layouts and details by hand; /liliprevious experience in project management or in a similar role (min. 5 years); /liliprofessional use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and other project management software; /liligood knowledge of AutoCAD (2D design, layout setting); /lilicompetence in (interior) architecture design and executive phases; /lilibasic knowledge of specialised technical disciplines (MEP, etc.); /liliprofessional knowledge of the English language, spoken and written.
