/li /brliAssist in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.).
/li /brliHelp on the creation of an impact in the client's organization to develop and transform their business and IT strategies.
/li /brliAssist in creating roadmaps describing as?is and to?be customer environments.
/li /brliContribute to proposals, bids, Statements of Work and other deliverables using a concise, professional writing style.
/li /brliContribute to shaping, preparing, and delivering client presentations, workshops and proposals.
/li /brliCoach and support individual clients focusing on their personal success.
/li /brliIdentify risks and assumptions and shape program governance.
/li /brliTake part in large Digital Transformation engagements with cross?functional teams.
/li /br /ul /br /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's or Master degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics.




/li /brliPrevious experience in Management Consulting domain (Public Sector).
/li /brliItalian mother tongue and Good English (both oral and written).
/li /brliThe ideal candidate has relational and analytical skills, with constant focus on the goals, team?working ability and proficient Italian and English (both oral and written).

Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per l'industria metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti) and based on objective and gender?neutral criteria, including responsibility, experience and skills.
