ELIGO RECRUITMENTRecruitment Consultant – Tech / ERP / SAPRome, Italy (Hybrid) | Full-timeEligo Recruitment is growing its Tech practice, and we're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join us in Rome.This is a 360° role for someone who genuinely enjoys the full recruitment lifecycle: building and growing client relationships, winning new business, and running high-quality candidate searches.You'll specialise in Tech or ERP/SAP recruitment, working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and delivering the right talent, while also developing your own desk and expanding Eligo's presence in the market.What you'll be doingManaging and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts, acting as a trusted recruitment partner rather than just a supplierProactively developing new business, identifying opportunities, pitching Eligo's services, and converting leads into long-term client relationshipsRunning end-to-end candidate searches: sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting candidates for Tech/ERP/SAP rolesManaging the full recruitment process from brief to placement, keeping both clients and candidates well informed at every stageBuilding and maintaining a strong network within the Tech, ERP/SAP communityKeeping across market trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients and candidates effectivelyWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Recruitment Consultant,



ideally with a track record in Account Management and Business DevelopmentA genuine drive to win new business and grow client relationships, combined with the willingness to stay hands-on with candidate searchesExperience recruiting in Tech, or ERP/SAP recruitment strongly preferredCandidates with a broader background across other technology areas are especially welcome as we're keen to bring fresh knowledge and perspective into the teamExcellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with clients and candidates at all levelsBased in or around Rome, with flexibility to work in a hybrid setupFluent in Italian and EnglishWhy join Eligo?
