For more information about the Apple Developer Academy Program visit . /p pThe position requires general experience education, coaching or corporate training and ideally some exposure to the field of app development for iOS, visionOS, watchOS, iPadOS, tvOS or MacOS and knowledge of the Apple technology ecosystem. Ideal candidates provide extensive experience in mentoring individuals and groups, coaching professionals and teams with diverse backgrounds. The candidate will be involved in creating training materials, documentation and instructional information based on the Challenge Based Learning framework, embedded in pedagogical principles and techniques derived from learning or cognitive sciences. In addition the candidate will be involved in remote and in person training interventions with diverse pedagogical teams across to world to consult, guide and support team efforts towards delivering world class learning experiences. /p h3Responsibilities:



/h3 ul liCreating training materials and conducting train the trainer activities /li liProviding pedagogical consulting for the implementation of the Challenge Based Learning framework /li liDeveloping pedagogical documentation, frameworks and toolkits /li liDeveloping and maintaining training materials for educator onboarding /li liProviding pedagogical guidance and support for trainers in their educational programs /li liProviding pedagogical consultancy on curriculum design, learning experience design /li liDeveloping insights based on systematic data collection within educational programs /li liReviewing learning experience design and curriculum development across programs /li liProviding constructive feedback on educators course design proposals, data and insights /liliExecuting daily operational tasks as required by the company /li liSharing personal experience and expertise with others /li liWorking independently with clearly defined deliverables /li liCollaborating cross-functionally with other team members /li liExtensive experience in the field of education, training, coaching or lifelong learning /li liKnowledge in curriculum design,
