/p pThis is a 360° role for someone who genuinely enjoys the full recruitment lifecycle: building and growing client relationships, winning new business, and running high-quality candidate searches.
/p pYou'll specialise in Tech or ERP/SAP recruitment, working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and delivering the right talent, while also developing your own desk and expanding Eligo's presence in the market.
/p h3What you'll be doing /h3 ul liManaging and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts, acting as a trusted recruitment partner rather than just a supplier /li liProactively developing new business, identifying opportunities, pitching Eligo's services, and converting leads into long-term client relationships /li liRunning end-to-end candidate searches: sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting candidates for Tech/ERP/SAP roles /li liManaging the full recruitment process from brief to placement, keeping both clients and candidates well informed at every stage /li liBuilding and maintaining a strong network within the Tech, ERP/SAP community /li liKeeping across market trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients and candidates effectively /li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 ul liProven experience as a Recruitment Consultant,



ideally with a track record in Account Management and Business Development /li liA genuine drive to win new business and grow client relationships, combined with the willingness to stay hands-on with candidate searches /li liExperience recruiting in Tech, or ERP/SAP recruitment strongly preferred /li liCandidates with a broader background across other technology areas are especially welcome as we're keen to bring fresh knowledge and perspective into the team /li liExcellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with clients and candidates at all levels /li liBased in or around Rome, with flexibility to work in a hybrid setup /li liFluent in Italian and English /li /ul h3Why join Eligo?
