/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and implement the Studio's communication strategy in collaboration with the Board.
/liliBuild, maintain, and enhance the Studio's profile at both national and international levels.
/liliIdentify positioning opportunities through awards, publications, conferences, speaking engagements, and industry events.
/liliMonitor the media landscape and the Studio's public perception.
/liliManage and develop relationships with media outlets, journalists, editors, and key opinion leaders across the fields of architecture, culture, design, real estate, business, and sustainability.
/liliFoster relationships with universities, cultural institutions, professional associations, and strategic partners.
/liliCoordinate activities with clients' press offices to develop integrated and consistent communication campaigns.
/liliPlan and oversee the PR activities of the Studio's Partners.
/liliCoordinate the production of editorial and corporate content related to the Studio's projects and activities,



including the definition of the annual editorial plan.
/liliDraft and supervise press releases, interviews, presentations, lectures, newsletters, web content, and corporate materials.
/liliCollaborate with project teams to develop compelling and consistent narratives that enhance the value of the Studio's work.
/liliEnsure quality, accuracy, and consistency of communications across all channels.
/liliOversee the Studio's digital communications, including the website, newsletters, and social media channels.
/liliCoordinate editorial planning and monitor the performance of digital content.
/liliStrategically leverage media channels to increase the Studio's visibility.
/liliOversee the Studio's participation in national and international awards, competitions, and recognition programs.
/liliManage and coordinate the organization of internal and external events, conferences, exhibitions, inaugurations, and institutional activities.
/liliSelect, organize, and coordinate the Partners' participation in public events and industry initiatives.
/liliConceptualize and oversee photo and video productions, including international assignments, to promote the Studio's projects and activities.
/liliPromote corporate culture through internal communication strategies and initiatives.
/liliDevelop tools and content to foster engagement and information sharing within the Studio.
/liliEnsure alignment and consistency between internal and external communications.




/liliCoordinate internal teams, consultants, and external suppliers involved in communication activities.
/liliMonitor the Studio's media presence through periodic reports and qualitative and quantitative analyses.
/liliPrepare reports and presentations on the impact of communication activities.
/liliAnalyze metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliEducation Degree in Communications, Architecture, or a related field.
/liliMinimum 5–7 years of experience in a similar role within the architecture sector.
/liliProven experience in project communications management and media relations.
/liliStrong knowledge of the international media landscape across architecture, design, and culture.
/liliExcellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Italian and English.
/liliFluency in written and spoken English.
/liliExperience in developing and managing integrated communication campaigns.
/liliAbility to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants/suppliers.
/liliProficiency in major digital platforms, social media channels, and performance monitoring tools.
/liliStrong interest in and understanding of architecture, design, sustainability, and urban transformation.
