/p h3This Position Reports To /h3 pHead of Business Transformation /p pWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and driven PMO Lead - Project Coordinator to run the Program Management Office (PMO) for the Robotics Operating System (RO?OS).
In this role, you will ensure that RO?OS program activities are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with strategic OS priorities.
/p pYou will build the PMO structure from the ground up—establishing governance, standards, reporting practices, and performance metrics.
You will support cross?functional teams with coordination and administrative tasks, consolidate program insights for leadership, and provide executive?level visibility to enable informed decision?making.
As a central point of alignment, you will foster collaboration, guide teams, and help shape a high?performing operational environment.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liRun the daily operations of the RO?OS Program Management Office in line with established priorities, governance, and standards.
/li liSupport program and project teams with administrative tasks including progress reporting, milestone tracking, and status updates.
/li liCollect, validate,



and consolidate program data for dashboards, reports, and leadership reviews.
/li liEnsure that teams follow agreed processes, templates, and reporting cadences.
/li liCoordinate cross?functional inputs to manage dependencies, risks, and issues across initiatives.
/li liProvide visibility into delivery status, key risks, and resource needs to support informed decision?making.
/li liProject support portfolio planning, prioritization, and scheduling of program activities.
/li liMaintain PMO tools, documentation, repositories, and SharePoint access to ensure accurate and up?to?date information.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience managing projects and programs, either in industry or consulting.
/li liStrong program management capabilities, including planning, governance, scope management, and reporting.
/li liExcellent stakeholder?management skills, with the ability to align diverse contributors across functions.
/li liExperience in organizational change and transformation, ideally in complex, global environments.
/li liStructured and collaborative working style, able to bring clarity and order to evolving program structures.
/li liStrong communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise updates for both operational teams and executive leaders.
/li liHigh level of drive, ownership, and self?motivation, comfortable building processes from scratch and guiding teams through ambiguity.
