/ph3Pay Range /h3p$***** - $***** /ph3Patient Care Clinical Assessments /h3ullipDiagnose and treat acute and chronic neurological conditions within established nurse/physician protocols /p /lilipPerform comprehensive patient evaluations including history, physical exams, and diagnostic interpretation /p /lilipDevelop differential diagnoses and implement appropriate treatment plans /p /lilipMonitor chronic conditions and assess treatment effectiveness and patient compliance /p /lilipDetermine appropriate follow-up care, referrals, and need for physician intervention /p /lilipProvide preventive care and patient counseling on health maintenance and disease prevention /p /lilipEnsure infection control protocols are followed and appropriately triage patients /p /li /ulh3Patient Education /h3ullipEducate patients and families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care practices /p /lilipTailor education to patient learning needs, abilities, and developmental levels /p /lilipUtilize educational materials and tools to reinforce learning and document outcomes /p /li /ulh3Documentation Compliance /h3ullipMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records /p /lilipEnsure documentation supports appropriate billing and reflects the level of care provided /p /lilipUpdate problem lists, medication lists, and patient histories regularly /p /lilipDocument all patient interactions, including follow-ups and communication with specialists /p /li /ulh3Collaboration Team Support /h3ullipWork closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care /p /lilipProvide clinical guidance, training,



and support to staff as needed /p /lilipParticipate in improving patient flow and addressing care delivery challenges /p /li /ulh3Medication Protocol Management /h3ullipPrescribe medications in accordance with collaborative practice agreements and state regulations /p /lilipAdhere to established drug protocols and maintain updated agreements annually /p /li /ulh3Quality, Safety Professional Standards /h3ullipDeliver patient-centered care with respect, confidentiality, and professionalism /p /lilipFollow all safety protocols and infection control procedures /p /lilipParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals /p /lilipMaintain clinical competency through continuing education and required training /p /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ullipLicensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Georgia /p /lilipPrior experience in General Neurology preferred /p /lilipStrong clinical, diagnostic, and patient communication skills /p /lilipAbility to work collaboratively in a team-based environment /p /li /ulh3Why Join Us?
