bThis is a strategic technical leadership role /b for a professional with deep expertise in tissue manufacturing, product development, and European quality standards.
Working closely with commercial teams and manufacturing operations, you will drive product innovation, optimize performance, and support the continued growth of our Tissue Jumbo Roll business across Europe.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the development and enhancement of tissue products for the European market.
/liliDevelop product specifications, formulations, and technical standards.
/liliBenchmark competitor products and identify opportunities for innovation.
/liliEnsure compliance with European regulations, certifications, and quality standards.
/liliPartner with mills to optimize product performance, machine capability, and production efficiency.
/liliProvide technical support during customer trials, product evaluations, and issue resolution.
/liliCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain,



and Manufacturing to align product development with market needs.
/liliDevelop value-added and premium tissue product solutions that support business growth.
/liliPrepare technical reports and product development recommendations for senior management.
/li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Paper Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related engineering discipline.
A Master's degree is an advantage.
/liliMinimum of b10 year's experience /b in tissue manufacturing, RD, product development, technical service, and quality management.
/liliStrong understanding of European tissue market requirements, regulations, and quality standards.
/liliExperience working closely with manufacturing operations to improve product quality and production performance.
/liliCommercial awareness with the ability to translate market requirements into technical solutions.
/liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
/liliExcellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers and technical stakeholders.
