ppManager / Team Leader /p pIn this role you will be the technical expert for mechanical belt drive systems, partnering with OEMs, distributors and end users across the EMEA region. You will design belt drive solutions, manage engineering projects from concept to production, and promote engineered solutions to expand Megadyne’s market impact. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and support customers post-implementation, driving business opportunities and growth. /p ul liDesign and develop belt drive solutions for OEM applications /li liManage customized engineering projects from concept through production /li liCollaborate with OEM customers to resolve technical challenges /li liPromote new products and engineered solutions in the market /li liIdentify new business opportunities, customers and applications /li liWork with Sales and Industry Segment teams to support business development /li liCoordinate with RD, Quality,
Process Engineering and Manufacturing on product development /li liPrepare feasibility studies and interface with Pricing and Customer Service teams /li liProvide technical support after product implementation and manage application-related quality issues /li liDevelop and deliver technical presentations, workshops and training sessions /li liSupport Marketing in creating technical literature and product documentation /li liAttend trade fairs and industry events to promote products and identify market opportunities /li liBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent /li liMinimum 3 years of belt drive design experience /liliProven knowledge of polyurethane and rubber belt technologies, including synchronous and frictional drives /li liFluent English (written and spoken) /li liWillingness to travel internationally /li liStrong problem-solving and analytical skills /li liExcellent communication and presentation abilities /li liCustomer-focused mindset with a proactive approach /li liAbility to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
