**Role summary** This position is responsible to manage SAP requirements, SAP change requests, SAP projects, SAP upgrades, compliance and correct functionality of system - architecture for the EXOLON S4 HANA system. Drive integrations between SAP and Other Systems and to ensure SAP ERP is adequate to support business conditions & business needs. **Your tasks**: - Project planning and project support for SAP changes, SAP implementations, SAP upgrades
- Steering the external SAP-run support team for results
- Coordination of SAP upgrade and roll out projects to S4 Hana
- Analysis and evaluation of SAP business processes and business requirements
- Design and Optimize SAP business processes in collaboration with the functional departments
- Consulting and support of SAP (Key) users during implementations and ongoing operation
- Competent contact for all questions concerning SAP
- Manage the interfaces to peripheral systems (e.g. Archiving, Vendor Invoice Management, EDI)




- Coordinate key user alignment meetings and Change Advisory Board
- You report to the IT Manager **Your qualification**: - You have 5+ years of SAP experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, facilitation and organizational skills
- Problem solving skills (“Getting the things done”)
- Ability to communicate in Business language with stakeholders
