We are seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our Logistics team as Back-office Specialist, being responsible for multichannel Post-Order support activities across different areas (shipping, customs, warehouse,...). **What you'll do**: - Manage back office and multichannel customer support activities (e.g. refunds, security check, claims including defective returns management, custom clearances, etc.).
- Be in contact with internal Customer Service Team, warehouses, couriers, brands, B2B direct sales channels and other suppliers.
- Support in the management of logistic flows of goods and order information.
- Identify new policies and processes to promote continuous improvement (effectiveness and efficiency).
- Provide up-to-date inputs to assist the team with reporting and KPIs monitoring activities. **What we're looking for**: - 1-2 years of experience in the same or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.

- Strong organization, time management and follow-up skills.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
