- Execution of journal entries
- Management and accounting of expense reports




- Monitoring of costs related to accounts payable invoices or new contracts: correct allocation to profit centers or cost centers
- Reconciliation of suppliers and transitory accounts in general ledger
- Support for Finance colleagues and Area Managers
- Consultation of the Italian Revenue Agency website
- Execution of supplier payments and various tax payments **Requirements**: - At least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proactivity, precision, and ability to meet deadlines
- Competence in cost and profit center accounting
- Knowledge of fiscal matters such as: Withholding taxes, Certificazioni Uniche, Form 770, Registration Tax, VAT codes, recipient tax regimes, stamp duty, government concession fees, TV license fee, and chamber of commerce rights
- Experience using company ERPs and internet banking platforms
- Knowledge of English
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Advanced skills in Excel
