This role offers the opportunity to work on **B2B fashion projects, fashion brand collaborations, and in-house collections**. **Who We Are Looking For**:
We seek a **passionate, innovative, and highly creative fashion designer** who is eager to develop **trend-forward handbags and accessories**. You should be skilled in **fashion trend analysis, mood board creation, and design development** while maintaining a strong understanding of both **brand-specific aesthetics and B2B market needs**. **Your Role & Responsibilities**:
Conduct **trend research** for upcoming seasons (materials, colors, silhouettes, consumer trends).
Create **mood boards and design concepts** for J.Group’s own brands and B2B clients.
Sketch and develop **handbag and accessory designs** that align with different market segments.
Work closely with the founder, creative team,



and external partners **on-site in Florence or remotely** to **translate concepts into refined designs**.
Stay ahead of **fashion, luxury, and sustainability trends** to ensure J.Group remains an industry leader.
Support brand storytelling through **design presentations and concept visualizations**. **What You Bring**:
✨ A **student or recent graduate** in **Fashion Design, Accessories Design, or a related field**.
✨ Strong **illustration skills** (hand sketches or digital).
✨ Knowledge of **luxury materials, textures, and handbag construction**.
✨ A **passion for contemporary and mínimalist design**, with an ability to adapt to different brand aesthetics.
✨ Experience with **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or 3D design software** is a plus.
✨ Ability to **work independently, meet deadlines, and bring fresh creative ideas**.
