Milan Creative TEAMLEAD **Teamlead Styling Womenswear (f/m/d)**:
To support our team, we are searching for a Teamlead Styling Womenswear (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office. **WHAT YOU DO**: - Lead and inspire the womenswear styling team to produce elevated, brand-aligned styling for e-commerce.
- Manage daily styling operations, including creative review, scheduling, prioritization, and workflow optimization.
- Maintain and evolve styling guidelines and visual standards that reflect luxury positioning and seasonal trends.
- Ensure styling consistency and excellence across all categories and outputs.
- Provide regular training, feedback, and mentorship to styling team members, fostering creativity and professional development.
- Act as key liaison between the styling team and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and efficient processes. **WHO YOU ARE**: - Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion styling, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced studio or fashion production environment.
