**Key responsibilities**: - Manage and contribute to RD&A; projects from concept to implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports
- Conduct trials, collect data,



and analyze results to support formulation decisions
- Maintain lab organisation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards **Qualifications and skills**: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar RD&A; or food development role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience in foodservice/restaurant environments is a plus
- Participation in Erasmus or international programs is positively valued
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organisational and project management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
