Location: This position is based in our office in Milan, Italy. **Your key responsibilities will be**: - Maintaining and managing Document Management in Veeva and Teams
- Assisting with the creation and management of purchase orders, work orders, and contracts for both projects and ongoing operations
- Support Local functions with daily task and special projects




- Participating in efforts to improve existing workflows and processes (e.g., contracting, purchase orders)
- Contributing to projects by helping stakeholders with documentation, administration, planning, etc.
- Providing ad hoc support to the Italian Leadership Team **Qualifications and Skills**:
You are currently pursuing a relevant academic degree, or you have obtained your Bachelor studies in the fields of Business Administration or something similar. Furthermore, you have: - Strong communication skills
- Strong PowerPoint & Excel skills
- A flair for working with data and handling administrative tasks
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
