We are recruiting a Consultant for our International Trade and Customs team in Milan or Rome, who will be tasked with: - analysing issues relating to international trade and customs law with respect to duties and non-tariff barriers, trade compliance measures and ESG, offering both ongoing advice to multinational groups and counsel in disputes with the courts;
- all the main consultancy areas, such as a classification of goods, customs value, preferential and non preferential origin, authorised economic operators (AEO), CBAM, EUDR, EPR, etc.;
- preparation of legal opinions regarding customs law and trade compliance, as well as gap analysis, due diligence, etc.;

- you have about 2-4 years of experience in International Trade and Customs field;
- you are certified to practice as a Lawyer or a Chartered Accountant. Alternatively, you are registered or plan to register in the Lawyer or Accountant Trainees Register;
- you are proficient in English;
