Based in our office in Carpi (MO), we are looking for a talented **Woven Pattern Maker**to join us and play a key role within our Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and industrialization of the collection, working closely with Style, Product Development, and external suppliers to ensure high-quality standards, fit consistency, and production feasibility. **CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the pattern development process for garments, from style handover to production.
- Analyze sketches and technical inputs, identifying potential construction, fitting, or feasibility issues.
- Compile and manage measurement sheets for prototypes, SMS, and production, including size grading.
- Participate in prototype and SMS fittings, providing clear feedback and corrections to suppliers.
- Request and review size sets or pre-production samples to verify fit, construction, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timelines, quality, and cost targets are met.




- Support the continuous improvement of pattern-making processes and product quality. **QUALIFICATIONS**: - 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within menswear.
- Strong expertise in woven fabrics, with a solid background in cotton, denim, and twill.
- Excellent knowledge of shirts and trousers construction.
- Solid understanding of garment construction techniques and defect correction.
- Knowledge of 2D CAD pattern making; 3D CAD and manual pattern making are considered a plus.
- Familiarity with PLM systems is a plus.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
