**Description** We are looking for a **Sales Manager** to join our _Transformer Service Team_ within the _Service Business Unit_. In this role, you will lead the service sales organization, drive business growth, and strengthen relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders. **How you’ll make an impact**
- Lead and develop the Service Sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure strong selling capabilities and an effective team structure within the area of responsibility.
- Support the team in defining sales plans, negotiating, and building customer segment expertise.
- Analyze market potential with a focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and customer relationship management.
- Promote value‑added service offerings and support Life Cycle Management initiatives.
- Oversee the bid process and ensure CRM data accuracy, providing reliable internal sales reporting.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the transformer service business.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including customers, accounts,



and suppliers.
- Participate in major contract negotiations to secure service sales volume.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape commercial strategy. **Your Background**
- Engineering degree with proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the service or transformer sector.
- Strong sales track record in the energy systems business.
- Results‑oriented, customer‑focused, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and a team player with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and manage relationships across Italy.
