Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bergamo for an Apartment Management Assistant for tourist apartments. The role involves managing day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including coordinating check-in and check-out procedures, welcoming guests, and ensuring clear communication before and during their stay. The Apartment Management Assistant monitors the condition of apartments, reports maintenance needs, supports cleaning and preparation schedules,



and verifies that standards of presentation are consistently met. The role also includes handling guest inquiries, assisting with reservations and basic administrative tasks, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient property management.
Qualifications
Ability to manage daily operations of tourist apartments, including coordination of check-ins/check-outs and oversight of cleaning and maintenance activities.
Strong customer service skills, with the capacity to interact courteously with guests, address questions, and resolve minor issues on-site.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple apartments, scheduling, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Basic digital literacy, including use of email, calendars, and property management or booking platforms.
Clear spoken and written communication skills; proficiency in Italian and a good working knowledge of English or o
