We're hiring: Junior Graphic Designer [Freelance / Remote]
We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a strong know-how of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator + Photoshop) and comfortable integrating AI tools into their workflow, to support Hypecom's clients on visual content across a range of projects.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to grow, and able to translate a brief into clean, on-brand visuals within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Design graphics for social media, digital campaigns, and client projects (posts, carousels, banners, templates)
Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to produce and edit visual assets
Leverage AI tools to speed up ideation, mockups, and content variations
Adapt existing brand guidelines across different formats and platforms
Collaborate with the team on creative concepts and revisions
Deliver files on time, following brief and brand specs

Nice to Have
Basic knowledge of Canva or Figma
Interest in motion graphics or short-form video editing
Familiarity with social media formats and trends

Requirements




Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. GPT, Veo, Seedance) as part of the design process
Freelance with an active Partita IVA (required)
Good understanding of visual composition, typography, and color
Fluent in Italian; working knowledge of English is a plus
