In this role, you will assist customers with general inquiries, provide clear information, and help resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner. You will also work with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service and support customers throughout their journey.
- Handle customer inquiries, identify issues, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Escalate more complex cases when needed using internal tools and procedures.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure efficient service.

Mandatory Profile:
- Italian language at native level.
- English language at B2+ level.
- Strong communication skills and empathy.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.

What We Offer:
With company apartment:
- Base salary: €768 gross/month
- Allowances: €282/month
- Apartment vantaggi: €200/month
- Total package: €1250 gross/month

Without company apartment:
- Base salary: €941 gross/month
- Allowances: €310/month




- Total package: €1251 gross/month

Additional Details
- Contract: 12-month contract, with possibility of permanent employment after 2 years.
- Schedule: 40 hours/week, rotational shifts, 24/7 coverage.
- EU citizenship or full working rights are required.

- Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
