The Project Director is accountable for the financial and technical success of the project and to lead Project and Discipline managers/leads to achieve project objectives. They must develop and maintain a positive relationship with clients that leads to future work.

They are responsible for developing the project execution plan under new lines of the business that leverage company and industry capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage large complex EPFC projects that may have multiple Project Managers or Alliance project programs
- Manage projects with a total installed cost typically exceeding $500 Million USD, from inception to project completion.
- Act as McDermott’s principal representative, responsible for all matters pertaining to the project and project execution in accordance with the contract, the Project’s Execution Plan, and the project’
