/p pJob Type: bFull-time /b /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and grow sales for new and existing accounts having an effective pipeline and property management plan /li liBuild creative marketing solutions for potential partners that add value and exceed the needs of all parties using traditional, digital and other non-traditional marketing channels to meet client's objectives /li liNegotiate, structure and close partnerships contracts delivering against company goals.
/li liDevelop a strong understanding of key differentiators and the changing market landscape of sponsorship marketing to include a differentiated product mix that includes digital and social media assets and solutions /li liCollaborate with vendors, sponsors, property staff, and appropriate interscholastic athletic personnel to ensure implementation of sponsorships and contract fulfillment /li liParticipate in game day events to share and highlight the interscholastic sports experience with existing and potential sponsors /li liConduct self in a way that demonstrates a strong commitment to team collaboration and success /li liMaintain flexible work hours including events that may occur on weeknights or weekends /li liOversee and lead other team members within the property,



including establishment of goals and event operational expectations, tracking progress to goal and assisting with appropriate shift in strategies, and contributing to overall professional growth /li liWork closely with TPG Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team to identify opportunities for expansion and to communicate TPG updates or critical information to leadership at the property /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pQualifications: /p ul liExperienced, high level sales leader with a strong track record of revenue growth at comparable size properties /li liPassion for High School athletics /li liUnderstanding of the working environment with interscholastic high schools, and middle schools /li liAbility to analyze a client's traditional, digital and non-traditional marketing needs based on the customer's marketing targets and objectives, and craft an integrated marketing solution(s) to meet those needs /li liAdvanced negotiating skills, ability to identify and influence key decision makers /li liFamiliarity with local and regional market landscape /li liExperience in developing, promoting, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate sponsors /li liEffective communication, organizational, presentation, and listening skills /li liAbility to develop and execute strategic plans in order to meet both short- and long-term business objectives /li liMinimum five (5) years' experience /li liBachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
