/p h3ABOUT THE ROLE /h3 pR D Laboratory Technician /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pJoining a dynamic and motivated Material Laboratory team, the MATERIAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN, with a Technical background and the desire to support analysis, investigation, research and development, will be involved in a variety of laboratory-based activities within Mixing/Vulcanization/Preparation Lab.
The candidate will carry out preparation, sampling, measuring, recording results.
He will provide all the required technical support to enable the laboratory to function effectively, while adhering to correct procedures and health and safety guidelines.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPreparing, mixing and vulcanizing specimens and samples /li liRecording results to present to supervisors/senior colleagues and to lab customers /li liCarrying out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies to carry out analyses /li liMaintaining and operating standard laboratory equipment /li liEnsuring the laboratory is well?stocked and resourced /li liUsing computers /li liFollowing and ensuring strict safety procedures and safety checks /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience Required /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liTechnical High school diploma minimum requirement (e.g. Mechanical; Chemistry; Informatics/Electronics) /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liPrevious experience in a similar role is a plus /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liGood manual skills /li liBasic technical?scientific knowledge – ability to understand procedures and test methods /li liBasic knowledge and use of Office (Excel and Outlook mainly) /li liAbility to develop/issue operating procedures and test methods is a plus /li liKnowledge of statistics and data elaboration is a plus /li /ul h3Languages Skills /h3 ul liItalian /li liEnglish /li /ul h3Soft/Behavioral Skills /h3 ul liFlexibility: availability to work in different shifts and laboratory areas (Preparation, Vulcanization, Physical Tests and Chemical Tests) /li liHigh interpersonal skill and team?working attitude /li /ul h3Salary /h3 pSalary range: € 30,***********,500.
