The Product
ShippyPro is a shipping and fulfillment platform that helps merchants automate the entire shipping workflow, from choosing the best carrier service to generating labels and tracking deliveries.
It connects with e-commerce platforms and multiple couriers, giving teams one place to ship faster, reduce manual work, and keep full control over costs and delivery performance.
We don't want someone who manages campaigns.
ShippyPro has real traction, a product that works, and a market that's wide open.
Your job is to take that and build the engine: multi-channel acquisition, content flywheels, paid media that scales, lifecycle flows that convert.
You'll run experiments fast, kill what doesn't work, and double down on what does.
You'll own channels end-to-end — strategy, execution, iteration
- You'll use AI as a core part of your workflow, not an afterthought
- You'll operate in a market — global logistics — that's massive and still inefficient
Build and execute multi-channel growth campaigns across paid, organic, email, and referral
- Design and run experiments to improve acquisition, activation, and retention
- Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and beyond — optimizing for CAC and ROI




- Set up and optimize lifecycle flows and nurture sequences in HubSpot
- Monitor and report on key metrics: CAC, LTV, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates
- Leverage AI tools to automate, personalize, and accelerate campaign execution
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience to align on growth priorities
5 years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment
- Strong analytical mindset — you turn data into decisions, not just dashboards
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
- Growth hacking mindset — you spin up landing pages, hijack a channel creatively, and extract customer signal fast
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Italian or other European languages are a plus
Tools you're comfortable with:
- HubSpot (CRM, automation, CMS)
- Google Analytics / GA4
- A/B testing and experimentation tools
- AI tools for content, workflows, and campaign optimization (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar)
- Data visualization tools (Looker, Databox, or similar)
You move fast, test faster, and don't wait for perfect conditions
- You have strong opinions — and you update them when the data says otherwise
- You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift
- You don't wait for the perfect setup — you hack a test, ship it, and learn
