/p pWithin the Sales Marketing Commercial Development (SMCD) Function, supports in coordinating the commercial development activities at Group level, providing actionable guidelines based on in-depth market intelligence input.

This role involves identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, optimizing revenue streams, and ensuring sustainable growth across various markets.
The individual will collaborate with multiple departments, including Sales teams at local level, to align commercial activities with the overall business objectives.
/p h3KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES /h3 ul liSupport the Top Management to align commercial strategies with the overall Industrial Plan and the Sustainability Roadmap.
/li liSupport in developing and implementing commercial development activities at Group level to drive business growth and profitability.
/li liCollaborate with the other Sales teams at local level to receive inputs regarding new opportunities, and competitive landscape.
/li liAssist in setting clear commercial targets and track performance against these goals, according to the Industrial plan and the Sustainability Roadmap guidelines.
/li liHelp identifying and develop new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand the company's market presence (geographical or business lines).
/li liSupport in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and global Key accounts, partners, and industry influencers.




/li liSupport in negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners and clients /li liCollaborate with the AFC department to monitor and track budgets, forecasts, and sales related reports.
/li liAssist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets and prepare regular reports on commercial performance, including sales, revenue, market analysis, etc.
/li liSupport in Sales Force Automation and potentially AI projects as well as in improving processes within sales and marketing activities.
/li liContribute to Group/cross Region/cross functional projects, leading the stream at Group lever and/or contributing on regional/BUs level.
/li /ul h3MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liGraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Engineering.
MBA or similar as a plus.
/li li4+ years international experience in similar role and area of accountability in a multinational company.
Experience within building materials, building chemicals or construction as a plus.
/li liItalian and English at professional level are a must.
Any other additional languages as a plus.
/li liSolid commercial and negotiation skills.
/li liStrong in Excel, Power Point.
/li liKnowledge of CRM tools, basic understanding of AI and IT literacy as a plus.
/li liGood knowledge about financials.
/li liNotable understanding of market, competition and customer dynamics; solid knowledge of sales and marketing models.
/li liExcellent strategic thinking skills.
/li liProven strength in problem solving and analytics and capable of driving insight to action.
