/ppbTasks Typical duties/responsibilities: /b /pulliMaintain BYD Energy Storage Systems to a high standard by carrying out annual PPM checks,



annual capacity tests and reactive works /liliResponsible for working in a safe manner at all times /liliProvide phone support and remote diagnostics to customers /liliKeep up to date with any administrative duties such as timesheets, daily vehicle checks and providing daily job logs describing issues and actions taken during service trips /liliTroubleshoot equipment located at customer sites /liliPerform start-up and commissioning services at customer locations (SAT) /liliAssist the in-house system engineering group in product development and/or project work /liliProvide suggestions based on field experience, to improve the products /liliPrepare and perform customer training at BYD as well as at customer facilities (if required) /li /ulh3Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required /h3ulliAt least 3 years of experience in the power industry or with high/low voltage systems, with preference for those with energy storage experience.
/liliAssociate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
/liliHands-on experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance, preferably familiar with energy storage systems.
/liliSolid understanding of electrical systems, particularly energy storage systems and their principles.
/liliStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, capable of working in high/low voltage environments.
/liliExcellent communication and customer service skills, able to work efficiently under pressure.
/liliFluent in Italian, with working proficiency in English.
