Your Daily Jam Connected Mobility & Smart Tech (CMS): Help drivers sync their smartphones to their Mercedes-Benz, navigate the Mercedes me app, toggle digital features, set up live traffic, and unleash the full power of their car's digital ecosystem.
Roadside Rescue & Lifesavers (RSA): Be the ultimate knight in shining armor! When a driver hits a bump in the road or breaks down, you'll step in with fast, empathetic, 24/7 support—coordinating breakdown assistance or towing to get them back on track safely.
VIP Customer Service (CS): Handle premium inquiries like booking dealer appointments, answering warranty questions, assisting with workshop complaints, and making sure every customer feels like a VIP.

Requirements Who You Are Language Powerhouse: You speak fluent Italian (C1) - plus solid operational English (B2).
Tech-Savvy & Mobile-Adept: You know your way around iOS and Android like the back of your hand, can effortlessly explain how to set up a mobile hotspot, and navigate basic software like a pro.
Problem Solver & People Person: You're patient, positive, and know how to de-escalate high-stress situations (like helping a stressed driver stranded on the road).
Fast Fingers: Typing speed around 25+ wpm with solid accuracy.
No previous experience? No problem! Full paid, world-class training is provided to get you up to speed.
