You will be the driving force behind finding our future sales talent and nurturing our internal culture, serving as a vital bridge between our recruitment growth and core HR operations.

End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for our Build pillar. From initial briefing and creative sourcing to technical screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, you will ensure we bring the best talent into the sales team (high volume hiring) Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure consistency in our recruitment strategy, pipeline health, and hiring velocity.

HR Administration: Pick up and execute core HR operations tasks, logging contract variations, employee lifecycle paperwork, and ensuring smooth local compliance steps.

Systems Management:



Closely administer HiBob as our central HRIS to maintain candidate-to-employee data integrity, run reports, and optimize workflows.

Engagement Activities: Help design and drive internal team engagement initiatives and culture events, keeping our teams connected and looking out for each other. You will sit directly within our central People Team, but you will dotted line into the Build pillar to maintain consistency across our recruitment standards.

Solid Recruitment Background: You have a proven track record (2 years) of managing full-cycle recruitment in high volume / sales in a fast-paced environment (in-house or agency), with an ability to map markets and source passive talent creatively.

Curious About HR: You have a genuine interest in broadening your craft into HR operations, employee engagement, and data administration. You are comfortable working with HRIS or ATS platforms and love finding ways to streamline and automate manual processes to keep us fast and agile. you spot patterns in data and feedback to turn insights into practical improvements. Initial call with your dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner, carried out remotely.
