About The Role Join SERVPRO as a Mitigation Technician and play a vital role in restoring homes and businesses after disasters. Be part of a dedicated team in Florence, SC, where your skills will make a real difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities Perform water extraction, mold remediation, and fire damage restoration services.
Assess damage and develop effective mitigation plans for clients.
Utilize specialized equipment for drying, dehumidifying, and sanitizing affected areas.
Document the restoration process and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout the restoration process.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards during all operations.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry advancements.
Assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance as needed.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
1-2 years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related field.
Knowledge of water and fire damage restoration techniques.




Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy equipment.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
A personal vehicle to get to work is required.
