Senior Training and Development Specialist EMEA and APAC In this role, you will design and deliver practical, field-based training solutions that translate clinical data into actionable sales and clinical conversations. You will create hands-on learning and simulations to strengthen product understanding and clinical credibility across Western Europe, EMEA, and APAC (excl. Japan & China).

You'll lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and external experts to align training with business needs, and drive adoption and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role that helps translate evidence into real-world customer value, shaping outcomes in GI and hepatopancreatic care. flexible benefits package short-term incentive (MIP) location: Watford, UK full-time role Design and develop field-based training programmes translating clinical data into sales and clinical conversations Create scenario-based learning, simulations, and tools to reinforce procedure and product understanding Deliver training regionally (virtual and in-person) covering onboarding, capability development, and product launches Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs,



Sales Leadership, and HCPs to align training with business priorities Drive adoption and consistent field application through feedback, validation, and continuous improvement Own end-to-end programme management including logistics, digital content maintenance, certification tracking, and delivery accountability Med Tech experience (Endoscopy / Gastroenterology strongly preferred) Experience in training, sales enablement, clinical support, or commercial roles Proven ability to build practical training or learning solutions Strong commercial understanding of customer interactions and value-based selling Ability to translate complex clinical information into simple, actionable messaging Experience working across countries and cultures Fluency in English Formal training qualification (e.g. TAP Diploma or Certificate) would be an advantage Experience collaborating with HCPs and KOLs; product launches or commercial transformation experience is a plus Proficiency in additional European language(s) is a clear advantage
