HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

- Deliver advanced Security Operations and Incident Response services across client environments.
- Investigate security incidents and support containment, remediation, and recovery activities.
- Improve detection capabilities through SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence, and threat hunting activities.
- Assess security controls and provide recommendations to strengthen clients' cybersecurity posture.
- Drive automation, process improvement, and the adoption of security best practices.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for cybersecurity operations and security improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and technical mentoring within the team.
- Act as a technical point of reference for clients on operational topics, providing updates and supporting escalations when needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 4–7 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a strong focus on Security Operations, Incident Response, Threat Detection, or Managed Security Services.
- Solid knowledge of SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management,



and security monitoring practices.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux systems, Active Directory / Entra ID, networking, and cloud security concepts.
- Experience investigating security incidents and analyzing security events across complex environments.
- Ability to assess security risks and translate technical findings into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting directly with clients and stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous learning.
- Ability to combine hands-on technical work with day-to-day organizational support in a fast-paced environment.
- Structured and reliable approach to work, with attention to SLAs and service quality.
- The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €35.000 to €55.000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).

WHAT WE WOULD CONSIDER A PLUS

- Experience in SOC / MDR or managed security services environments.
- Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR/EDR platforms (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, SentinelOne, Defender).
- Knowledge of frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIS2, NIST).
- Security certifications (e.g., Security+, Blue Team,



vendor-specific).
- Previous experience in client-facing roles or project coordination.

What we offer The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €35.000 to €55.000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
