We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead an upscale Italian fine dining concept located within a prestigious 5-star luxury property in Dubai. This role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality professional who thrives in a luxury environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong team leadership.Note: Hotel name and brand details will be shared only with shortlisted candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service standards aligned with luxury hospitality benchmarksDeliver an exceptional guest dining experience, maintaining the highest levels of service quality and guest satisfactionManage and lead a diverse team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and motivationMaintain strict quality control of food, beverage, and service standardsCollaborate with the Head Chef to ensure authentic Italian cuisine offerings and menu excellenceDrive revenue growth through strategic planning, upselling, and cost control initiativesMonitor financial performance, including budgeting, P&L;, and cost managementEnsure full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, health & safety standardsHandle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutionBuild strong relationships with guests,
