Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager . Reporting to the Programme Director, the successful candidate will join the team and bring 4+ years of experience, ideally gained within an agency environment similar to LePub.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, etc.)

Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets

Monitor progress and performance of all assigned projects, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively

Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure timely communication of project updates

Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and reports

Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and third-party partners when needed

Champion best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency

Strong understanding of creative processes and production workflows

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar

PMP or similar certification is a plus

Compensation
Annual Gross Salary Range (RAL) €32,000 – €37,000

The salary range has been determined based on objective and neutral criteria, including role responsibilities, required competencies, organizational level, market benchmarks, and internal equity considerations.

The indicated salary range is valid at the time of publication. The Company reserves the right to update it if necessary.
