The position collaborates with the Procurement team, as well as with suppliers and external professionals, to ensure the effective execution of the planned activities, while maintaining client satisfaction and compliance with contractual and environmental objectives.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the implementation of ZEB projects throughout all operational phasesMonitor and ensure work progress in compliance with timelines and quality standards of executionManage the project budget and control project costs and revenuesEnsure that the relationship between the Works Director and the executing contractors is carried out in accordance with the contractual conditionsSupport the Administration department in managing supplier payments and active invoicingEnsure proper interaction with suppliers and subcontractorsCollect documentation required for technical regulatory compliance in accordance with company standardsSupport communication with the client throughout the entire project lifecycleKey ActivitiesOperational project planning in collaboration with the Project Manager, Supervisor, and the Works DirectorPhysical and financial progress monitoringManagement of project documentation and reportingCoordination with the Construction Manager (designer) and suppliersCollection of declaration of conformity documentation, certifications, and testing recordsManagement of final handover and project close-outKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Gross Margin (net of bank interest)Milestones completed within deadlines – project progressCash-in/cash-out according to budget – collections and paymentsCustomer satisfactionSalary Range40,000 – 80,000 per year.
