Role SummaryAs Head of Controlling Italy, you will lead our national controlling function and act as a strategic partner to the business. Reporting to the Country CFO, you will take on a strategic leadership role with strong business impact, collaborating with international and EMEA stakeholders while driving and shaping business performance, transformation, and supporting strategic growth in a dynamic industrial environment. The role can be based on our site in Zola Predosa (BO) or Casella (GE), but will be required to travel to the other Italian sites on a regular basis according to specific needs.ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning processesDeliver accurate and insightful financial reporting to local and EMEA leadershipDrive performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunitiesOversee controlling activities across four manufacturing sitesStrengthen cost control, productivity, and profitabilityAct as a strategic business partner to Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and SalesLead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing controlling teamEnsure compliance with group policies and reporting standardsSupport strategic initiatives, investments, and transformation projectsQualificationsDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field8–10+ years of experience in Controlling / FP&A;,
