Walking with purpose, delighting people with a playful, sustainable and responsible walking experience.About The Role We are currently looking for a Store Manager to lead our Camper store in Bologna ; As a Camper Store Manager , your mission will be to attain the objectives in terms of sales, service and business growth.

We’re counting on you to offer the full brand experience to our omnichannel consumers, develop the team’s potential and oversee all the operations of the store in order to achieve the best level of customer service and business efficiency.

Customer Experience Management: Our customers matter! You will have a crucial role in ensuring that the level of customer satisfaction is met by providing an outstanding service and developing long-term relationships with our customers at an omnichannel level.

Business Results & Efficiency: As a Store Manager you are required to manage the point of sale efficiently, influencing commercial decisions and taking business analysis into account.



Each store embodies the Company’s culture, values and principles. You will be responsible for Camper brand image towards our customers, with the aim of ensuring a premium image aligned with the Company’s identity and ESG principals.

In the omnichannel era, operations are key and have a great impact on the connection chain with the customer. You will carry out store operations according to the Company’s Policies & Procedures.

About You You are our perfect match if: You are passionate about Retail, in all of its shades (in-store and omnichannel). You have minimum 2 years of experience leading a team. You are flexible and available to work full-time.

You encourage and promote curiosity, diversity and collaboration through your innovative mindset. You can speak fluent Italian and English. Any additional language will be a plus. You have the legal right to work in European Union without requiring visa sponsorship.
